Her professional background incorporates both industrial relations and human resources experience in government, manufacturing, health & fitness, rural services and professional associations where she has thrived on roles in changing and challenging environments.
Together with post graduate level qualifications in career development, Caitlin is an accredited Myers Briggs Type Indicator facilitator, a New Directions accredited counsellor and possesses Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training and Bachelor of Arts.
