Caitlin Burns is the Principal Careers Consultant and Director of Square Peg Careers.
Caitlin’s professional experience includes:
- Career Counselling and Coaching of adults from 18 to 65 years of age from managerial, professional, administrative, technical and trade backgrounds
- Assisting workers made redundant to find alternate and rewarding employment
- More than 10 years experience in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management across a range of industries from federal and local government, to manufacturing, services, health and fitness, training and professional associations
Square Peg Careers represents Caitlin's third significant career change providing her with first hand knowledge of the pitfalls and joys of career change. Her work history has involved contract, permanent and part time positions and has enabled her to work interstate and in rural and regional areas providing an extremely well rounded base from which to act as a Workplace Trainer and Career Consultant to others.
Her experience as a Human Resources Manager means Caitlin is able to appropriately respond to your organisational needs to deliver a practical, outcomes focussed program that meets your goals. Caitlin is well qualified to provide the assistance you need, possessing
