In facilitating your search for your own "square hole" we follow a logical and practical process which we tailor to meet your individual needs and goals.

During this step we will work together to clarify information about yourself including your preferences, skills, motivations, values, work history and interests.
Exploration
We will undertake some serious brainstorming here to tease out possibilities, occupations, industries, employers, training & development needs, networking opportunities, mentoring and undertake further research as required.
Decisions, Goals & Planning
This phase is about you evaluating your options, reality testing them against the new information you have about yourself, formulating strategies to overcome barriers and setting priorities and timeframes to achieve your goals.
Implementation
Once your goals have been clarified we will work together to put your plan into action. We can help you with strategies to tap into the hidden job market, enhance your networks, conduct information interviews, develop an effective resume, prepare for interviews, negotiate salary and benefits and manage your transition.
Review
You should review your career plan and the actions you have taken to ensure you have achieved a satisfactory outcome and to identify any ongoing development needs and mentoring or coaching opportunities that will be beneficial to your ongoing career development.
